Sessions for couples going through conflicts, a relationship crisis or codependency. Online or in an office in central Kharkiv.
Both partners take part in a couples session. It lasts 80-90 min - longer than an individual one.
If you and your partner live in different cities, the session can take place online, with each of you joining from your own location.
Everything said in a session stays between us. I follow the psychologist's code of ethics.

How it works
Four steps to the first session

You message me
On Telegram or Instagram - whatever suits you. A short “I'd like to book a session” is enough.

We sign the consent and agree on a time
The consent sets out all the terms of our work, as well as the rights and responsibilities of client and psychologist.

First session
We get to know each other, work out what exactly is troubling you and begin to build trust.

We settle the practicalities
Together we set the direction and how often we meet.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with couples if partners live in different cities?
Yes, a couples session can take place online with each partner joining from their own location.
How long is a session?
An individual session lasts 50-60 min, a couples session 80-90 min.
What happens at the first session?
The first session is about getting to know each other. You share what is on your mind and what you would like to change, and I ask clarifying questions. You are welcome to ask about my approach and how we will work. At the end, we decide together where to start and how to move forward.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on what you come with. Sometimes a few sessions are enough to work through a specific situation, while deeper topics take longer. After the first session we will outline a plan together, and you can always revisit it.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Everything said in a session stays between us. I keep my notes private and follow the psychologist's code of ethics. I may discuss complex cases in supervision - only anonymously, without any details that could identify you. That is also why you won't find client testimonials on this site.
How do I pay?
Payment is made by bank transfer to my sole-proprietor account; I'll send the details when you book. Please pay no later than 24 hours before the session, otherwise the booking is cancelled.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Message me at least 24 hours in advance and we'll move the session. Later cancellations are charged, unless circumstances made earlier notice impossible. If I cancel without notice, your next session is free.
